Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe (Help) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, nonprofit organization founded in 1981 that works in around 20 countries throughout the world, including in Ukraine.
Help, for its global programme “Help Localisation Facility”, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office, invites all qualified and specialized consultants to submit a proposal for a Service Contract for a Baseline study for HLF Programme.
