Short-Term Consultancy Opportunity – Workshop Facilitation on Positioning & Investment Readiness
Location: Berlin & Remote | Duration: 6 working days | Timeline: mid-July to mid-September 2025
An ambitious business association from West Africa is visiting Berlin as part of a strategic study tour. We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial consultant to design and facilitate a focused workshop on positioning, stakeholder engagement, and investment readiness. The assignment is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of business development, investor relations, and international ecosystems.
Key responsibilities:

Coordinate with the association’s leadership to define goals and expectations

Develop a clear and practical workshop format, including facilitation concept, agenda, and logistics

Identify and engage relevant Berlin-based stakeholders (impact investors, accelerators, ecosystem actors)

Facilitate the workshop and networking session during the study tour

Deliver a concise final report with strategic recommendations and follow-up suggestions
Required profile:

At least 7 years of professional experience in positioning, investment facilitation, or business development

Proven experience in moderating high-level workshops or stakeholder sessions

Strong knowledge of impact investing and emerging markets

Excellent communication skills in English and strong intercultural competence
Breakdown of working days:

4 days preparation (remote)
-
1 day implementation (on-site in Berlin during the week of 8–12 September 2025)

1 day final reporting (remote)
