On behalf of public and private clients, we plan, implement, and evaluate projects across Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Farm Manager (m/f/d) to lead the establishment and long-term management of a 100-ha commercial farm near Lagos, Nigeria. He/she will be responsible for developing efficient crop production systems, building agricultural value chains, managing farm operations, and supporting the strategic growth of the business in a challenging but high-potential environment.
Key requirements
- Proven experience in agriculture, with a strong focus on crop production
- Demonstrated track record in establishing and managing agricultural value chains
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to relocate and work long-term on-site in Nigeria
- Ability to operate effectively in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa is an advantage
