Junior Expert HR - People and Organizational Development*

The position is to be filled by as soon as possible, with a contract duration of two years. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. The position is remunerated with a monthly salary of 4,008€.
Als Junior Expert*in HR - People and Organizational Development (POD) unterstützt Du unser HR internes POD Team in allen Aspekten der Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden weltweit. Du wirst mit spannenden Aspekten des organisationsweiten Lernens in Berührung kommen, wie zum Beispiel: Learning Management System, Inhouse-Trainings, Mentoring, Entwicklungsmaßnahmen, oder Talententwicklung.
Your responsibilities
- Mitentwicklung und Implementierung einer globalen Training Guideline
- Administration, Optimierung und Pflege des internen Learning Management Systems, sowie der Funktionsausbau in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholder*innen
- Planung, Koordination und Organisation der jährlichen Inhouse-Trainings für das Head Office
- Implementierung und Koordination des globalen Mentoring-Programms
- Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden zu individuellen Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Mitentwicklung und Pilotierung eines globalen, modularen Talententwicklungsprogramms
Your profile
- Abgeschlossennes Universitäts- oder Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Erste Berufserfahrung in oder Interesse an den Themen digitales Lernen und online Lernangebote
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Word, Excel und PowerPoint
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägter Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete interkulturelle Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in einem vielfältigen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Französischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
